Dr. Louis Hoffman is a licensed clinical psychologist practicing in Colorado Springs, CO. One of Dr. Hoffman's specializations is working with spiritual and religious issues in psychotherapy. He has developed programs on spiritual and religious issues in psychology in two graduate psychology programs as well as teaching coursework in three different graduate programs. He has presented numerous papers on spiritual issues in psychology therapy at a variety of professional conferences. In addition to co-authoring the book Spirituality and Psychological Health, Dr. Hoffman has published several book chapters and is active in psychological research.
Currently, Dr. Hoffman is a Core Faculty member and the Acting Dean of Faculty at the Colorado School of Professional Psychology. He also serves as Editor-in-Cheif of the Colorado School of Professional Psychology Press. He is also co-director of the God Image Institute, an organization which conducts research and provides training for people suffering from one type of spiritual wounding.
